How do I apply for an apartment at Glenwood Townhomes?

You can apply online through our website. Simply select your desired floor plan, complete the application, and submit any required documents.

What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

We review income, rental history, and credit/background reports. Contact our leasing office for specific qualification guidelines

Is renters' insurance required?

Renters insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended. It can help protect your personal belongings in case of fire, theft, or other unexpected events. We recommend speaking with an insurance agent for more information about renters' insurance policies.

How soon can I move in after my application is approved?

If your apartment is available, you can move in as soon as your lease is signed and your first payment is made. 

Is Glenwood Townhomes a pet friendly community?

Yes! Glenwood Townhomes is a pet-friendly community allowing cats and dogs and follows all city ordinances regarding breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to two pets.

Is there a pet fee or monthly pet rent?

Yes! Glenwood Townhomes allows up to 2 pets per apartment. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for pets under 25 lbs or $500 for pets over 25 lbs, plus $25 per pet in monthly pet rent.

Are there any pet amenities at Glenwood Townhomes?

Glenwood Townhomes offers pet waste stations located throughout the community and plenty of greenspace where you pets can play and socialize. 

Is there maintenance available?

Yes! We have available maintenance during office hours in the event of an issue. For emergencies, maintenance is available 24 hours a day. Please call the office directly in for maintenance emergencies. 

How do I submit a maintenance request?

You can submit a service request by logging into your resident app or directly on the website under the Residents tab. For maintenance emergencies, please call the office directly.
